Re-Entry Program

Our mission is to be a Reentry-Focused Performance Program that is the stop-gate for No More Revolving Doors, and fulfills the needs of released ex-offenders with all information required and sufficient to improve their chance for successful reintegration in their community.

NO MORE REVOVING DOORS is a KAAP solution providing professional aid in the reduction of recidivism by providing educational resources, the needed support with transportation services, marketable job training skills, hard and soft skills that increases the advantage in securing employment. We inspire to change the narrative in helping justice-involved and formerly incarcerated people create a positive path forward.

There are three phases that consist of the entire program:

PHASE 1 -- Goal Setting

Clients (formally incarcerated or justice-involved) will use information and knowledge-base skills to set goals within a ninety-day period. In addition, supervision will be given toward week-to-week goals and monthly metrics.

PHASE 2 -- G.E.D. Education or Trade Concentration

Clients will enroll in G.E.D. or College classes. Also, they will have the option to enroll in Trade School to acquire a particular vocation.

PHASE 3 -- Home and Job Placement

Clients will have opportunity to prepare for exit to their homes upon review of address approval. Furthermore, training will be directed for resume writing, completing job applications, and mock interview skills.

Extensive emphasis on each PHASE will provide detail information for each client to choose their desired path upon re-entry to the community. Providing direction and supervision to each client throughout each PHASE of the program will ensure that they stay focus on their path and refrain from misguided associations.

No More Revolving Doors Re-Entry Program will consist of two hours per day, throughout the ninety-day period.

Each PHASE will involve a lot of paper work, introduction to literature for reading and group study. Brochure applications from across the Tri-State (Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan) area also will be reviewed.

Each PHASE is characterized with a life skill tool to ensure each client is armed with the proper and complete information, and they truly understand how to apply the information accurately for their own self-improvement.
